Why do we need all this information?
By providing us with as much information as possible we are able to give you an indication of arrival and completion times. We want to make sure you have adequate time to get dressed, spend time with your photographer and of course, travel to the ceremony. This ensures your wedding day preparation runs smoothly.
What happens after I receive a quote?
We process your enquiry and look forward to hearing back from you. For your date to be held by us, we require an email confirming your acceptance of the quote followed by a $50.00 deposit to secure the date. This deposit is fully refundable if a cancellation is received no later than 60 days prior to the wedding date and comes off the cost of the brides services on the day.
We do not hold dates when quotes are sent out as we work on a 'first booked, first served' basis we strongly recommend you do not leave it too long to book should you decide to proceed with us.
Do I need to book BOTH makeup and hair styling with you?
No, you can book both services or either service - the choice is yours, however the day does tend to run more smoothly when your makeup and hair styling team is coordinated.
